Zizzi - One New Change (St Paul's)

It was our first time experiencing Zizi’s. From the moment Jahieem approached our table at Zizzi’s, it was clear we weren’t dealing with an ordinary waiter — we were in the hands of a professional who treats hospitality like an art form. He appears exactly when you need him, like he’s tuned into the room’s frequency. You can tell he reads people effortlessly; within minutes, he understood our pace, our preferences, and even our personalities Zizzi’s should consider building a shrine to this man. In an industry where good service is becoming rare, Jahieem sets a standard that reminds you what dining out should feel like: smooth, warm, personal, and memorable. If excellence had a face at Zizzi’s, it would be Jahieem’s. A perfect waiter. A flawless experience.

We have been booking this restaurant regularly, and I have personally been coming for the past two years. The food has always been good. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent visit. Our server, a girl wearing glasses named Kai, was not very polite. While I was having my pasta, I felt full, so I called her to take away my plate. She refused and said that plates would only be cleared once everyone had finished. My colleague and I felt uncomfortable with the way she responded. Later, when I had my pudding, I placed my vape on the table (without using it), and the waiter immediately told me that smoking is not allowed. I am fully aware that smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant, and I did not smoke at all. Her tone and attitude came across as rude. I strongly suggest that management provide her with proper training on how to treat and respect customers. On a positive note, Georgia, the manager, provided us with excellent service, and Mansi was very good as well. We were a group of 17 people, and we appreciated their hospitality. Thank you, Fazel

Zizzi is a big pizza chain in the UK, there are everywhere, and I have been to many with my kids. The pizza are very good and large, so this is a big meal. Every outlet is and looks different, the One New Change Zizzi is cozy and enoyable. The service is fine, so I come here once in a while.

Really lovely food and plenty of it so good value for money. Chilled vibe. Wasn’t rushed. Staff friendly. Had a lovely afternoon with my friend for her birthday.

It was a last minute thing and most places said they were closing early so our last hope was Zizzi. They politely told us they were closing in 30 minutes but allowed us to have a seat. We wanted to pay fast because we knew they were closing soon. But the waitress said we can relax and don’t have to rush and enjoy our meals. Food was amazing, and service outstanding!

Lovely food, quick service and friendly staff. Just what we needed after a really fun afternoon at Fairgame (on the ground floor). Our waiter Jahieem was super fab, attentive and friendly. Would definitely return ⭐
